Regulatory Information
Pines Learning is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO number 3774). The Certificate and Diploma courses offered by Pines Learning are nationally accredited by the Australian Skills and Quality Authority (ASQA). For a summary of the latest registration audit information see HERE.
We pride ourselves on the high standard of courses we offer, together with our skilled and experienced trainers. We focus on quality outcomes and tailor all courses to meet the needs of industry, employers and individual learners. Certification
Pines Learning takes all reasonable steps to reduce the fraudulent reproduction of its certification. All Certificates and Statements of Attainment issued for nationally accredited qualifications are printed on paper with an embossed Pines Learning seal. They are also printed with all important details (e.g. graduate’s name, qualification name) printed over a coloured ‘watermark’ background, being the Pines Learning logo.

Quality Indicators
Pines Learning is proud of the high quality training and assessment provided, as evidenced by the results in this report. The reported overall learner satisfaction with the courses is rated 93.2 percent.
These indicators are based on a survey of 28 learners. This sample represents 59% per cent of this organisation’s training delivery in the 2020 calendar year. Unique Student Identifier (USI)
A USI is now required for all enrolments into nationally recognised courses and qualifications. This is a legislative requirement for all Registered Training Organisations. For information about the USI, including the USI Privacy Notice click HERE.
