Gain a nationally accredited qualification in an industry which offers a broad range of employment opportunities in one of Australia’s fastest growing employment sectors. Successful completion of this course will enable you to work as a Disability Support Worker in a range of community settings and clients’ homes.
Flexible work hours are available in in the Disability Support Sector.
This course consists of 14 units, of which 11 are Core and three are Electives. Students who have completed the Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC30113), or the Certificate III in Aged Care (CHC30212) may be able to claim a credit for at least five units.

Classes will be held on alternate Saturdays with pre-course work and theory assessment to be completed in between classes. The course consists of a total of 14 classes held over three terms.
