CHC33015 – Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) – Whittlesea

Training is delivered by Pines Learning and conducted at the Whittlesea Community House, 92A Church Street Whittlesea.

This qualification will enable you to work in a satisfying and rewarding industry with a high demand for qualified staff. On successful completion of this qualification you can:

  • Work in either an Aged Care Facility or in Home Care as a Personal Care Attendant or Support Worker.
  • Pathway into other qualifications such as Nursing, Leisure & Health, or Disability.
  • Choose your own work hours. Flexible work hours are available in Home & Community Care

Aged Care is one of Australia’s fastest growing employment sectors. By 2025 the Australian Commonwealth Government is predicting employment in this sector will grow by 25 percent (nationalskillscommission.gov.au).

Classes will be held from 9.15 am to 3.15 pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with theory assessments to be completed in between classes. A four week block of placement, in an aged care facility, is to be completed at the end of the course. We find the placement for you.

Next course commences 14 June 2022. Training will be face to face classes.

As a Learn Local Registered Training Organisation Pines Learning can provide exemptions to certain funding eligibility criteria. This gives you access to more courses at the Government funded rate. JobTrainer funded places also available to eligible applicants, providing low fee training for in demand jobs. JobTrainer places are charged at funded concession rates.

This training is delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding. Eligibility criteria applies.
