This three day a week course is ideal for anyone wishing to update their business administration skills, change career direction or obtain computer skills to undertake further study. It provides the skills and knowledge to work in a variety of administration roles including reception, clerical and word processing either as a function of their own role or as a support role within an organisation.
Content includes five MS Office V2016 programs, office technology, file management, digital images, social media, administration skills, resume writing and interview skills.
