This three day a week course is ideal for anyone wishing to update their business administration skills or change career direction. It has been designed to provide the skills and knowledge to work in a variety of administration roles including reception, clerical and word processing either as a function of their own role or as a support role within an organisation.
Content includes five MS Office programs, office technology, managing information including social media, administration skills, resume writing and interview skills. Classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays for nine weeks during school hours.
Pre-requisite: Basic computer skills and English for everyday life
