Due to the great response in Term 1, we are happy to again offer this popular class which delivered on it’s promise to ‘put a big smile on your dial’. A joyful way to build strength, flexibility, core stability and energy, all to great music. Combining cardio, low impact exercise and weights, this class is designed to take care of all your fitness needs and every session will offer variety in choreography and combination. Pure Escapism! Pure endorphin release!
