PILOXING – NEW

Piloxing is a cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance, in a interval work out that is core focused. Piloxing will improve cardiovascular, strengthen, lengthen, tone and sculpt muscles along with improve your flexibility, balance and posture. Suitable for all fitness levels, low impact and achievable moves. This is a bare foot program (no shoes) and weighted gloves both of which are optional.

Move Your Body. There are no rules for enjoying Belly Dance.

Age, weight, height have no bearing on the fact that you can exercise your whole body, within your own limitations and greatly improve all your muscles while strengthening your core.

LATIN MIX DANCE

Latin Mix Dance

A fun exercise dance class to Latin Music using a combination of Latin Steps! The first half will be beginners level and the second half will be more advanced so we can cater for everybody.

Concentrating on direction, balance, co-ordination and movement, you’ll be amazed at your dance style!

ZUMBA GOLD with Rachel

Designed for the active older adult, true beginner, or people who have not exercised for a while. Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity, slower pace but is certainly just as much fun. Casual Zumba classes available. $15 (c$13) per class.

Correct footwear is required for all fitness classes. Please bring a towel or blanket and water bottle.  Yoga mats provided, however you are welcome to bring your own.
