GUT HEALTH - Fermentation Workshop
Join us to learn how to obtain great Gut Health with Kombucha, an ancient fermented drink that aids digestion and gut health. This workshop will cover the history of Kombucha, how to make it, what can go wrong and how to fix it. We will also cover how to make it even healthier and more delicious with secondary fermentation flavours and health benefits such as detoxification, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and more.

SOCIAL CONNECTIONS (YOUNG ADULTS 18+)
A fun group of people with medium-high intellectual disabilities who meet weekly to socialise and develop their communication and interpersonal skills. The leader organises a range of activities including board games, excursions, discussions, movies, cooking, guest speakers plus much more.

DRAMA FOR DIVERSE ABILITIES (YOUNG ADULTS 15+)
Anna, our trainer will help you explore your potential within a fun, inter-active drama experience. Drama techniques, games and activities are facilitated to build confidence, communication skills and self-determination, for people with diverse abilities.
