This session is a ‘must attend’ for anyone with a heart! Cardiologist Dr Paul Kertes, will explain in lay terms exactly what heart disease and heart attack mean, how and why they happen, what the main risk factors are and, most importantly, healthy behaviours to best minimize risks.
