We have high expectations for every child and this is achieved through our program which promotes independence and autonomy and allows children to experiment, explore and develop at their own rate as an individual.
When planning for each child’s development we will consider each child as unique and plan experiences and routines based on their interests and developmental needs. In aspiring to care for the child in regard to the many aspects of their development we ensure that the Child’s very basic needs for such things as food and shelter are catered for, as well as needs of the social, emotional, physical, language and intellectual kind.
When meeting each area of need for a child, we will not overlook the child’s role in their own learning; their innate willingness to grow and evolve through exploration of the world around them. Our educational play based program reflects Learning Outcomes from the Early Years Learning Framework and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
Our Educators work with parents/families and the community to provide quality care and education for children aged from 8 weeks to 6 years in a family group setting.
Our aim is to explore and learn together with your child and our program is based on Learning Outcomes from the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework.
Our educators offer unconditional support and guidance to all children and families based on the Practice Principles of the Early Years Learning Framework and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework. We acknowledge the central role of parents and families in the child’s learning and encourage ideas and feedback from them and welcome their input into our program.
We aim to create a sense of belonging for all children, families and staff, where diverse identities, backgrounds, experiences, skills and interests are respected, valued and given opportunities to be expressed and developed.
At Pines Learning Childcare teamwork is a top priority. Our educators are committed to working together to support each other, we use reflective practice and professional development to ensure the highest quality of care/education is maintained and meets the National Quality Standards.
