Out in the real world, I couldn’t help but notice how much more in depth and detailed our course in Aged Care felt, compared to other students.
This was remarked on by staff, as well.
There were many moments when our huge assignments and detailed discussions brought a clarity in the moment, which was much appreciated. We left the course as ready as one could be (to work) in such a diverse and busy field.
And the residents were very grateful too, which is what it is all about.
