Introducing your baby to yoga at an early age is a wonderful way to nurture and enhance your new relationship.  For mum, post-natal yoga supports your recovery through gentle strengthening and stretching, it also offers a time to bond with your baby, and provides a safe place to connect with other mums going through the same rollercoaster of joy and challenges as you.  Babies will also love being involved in gentle stretching, massage and interactive play. Suitable until baby is crawling.

FUSION YOGA

Fusion mixes Eastern exercise philosophy- Japanese yoga and TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) to strengthen organs and energy systems within the body. Combined with ideas from pilates and traditional hatha based yoga it is a complete system for improving women’s health.

PILATES

Pilates

Pilates is designed to strengthen the lower back and deep abdominal muscles whilst providing support to the spine. As core stability improves, the smaller muscles become better able to support tendons and joints. If you are pregnant please advise the tutor as alternative exercises maybe offered suitable for pre and post pregnancy. Please bring a small towel.

Correct footwear is required for all fitness classes. Please bring a towel or blanket and water bottle. Yoga mats provided, however you are welcome to bring your own.
