BOOST is a circuit class designed to improve strength, aerobic fitness, bone density, balance, flexibility & mobility. Using a variety of equipment, exercises are designed to work every muscle group at an intensity tailored to suit your current ability level and achieve your personal goals.  It will also enhance personal body awareness, knowledge, technique and motivation.

Instructed by Personal Trainer / Health & Fitness professional with over 10 yrs experience and an enormous passion to assist individuals to boost themselves.

LATIN MIX DANCE

Latin Mix Dance

A fun exercise dance class to Latin Music using a combination of Latin Steps! The first half will be beginners level and the second half will be more advanced so we can cater for everybody.

Concentrating on direction, balance, co-ordination and movement!!

ZUMBA GOLD

Designed for the active older adult, true beginner, or people who have not exercised for a while. Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity, slower pace but is certainly just as much fun. Casual Zumba classes available. $15 (c$13) per class, conditions apply.

Correct footwear is required for all fitness classes. Please bring a towel or blanket and water bottle.  Yoga mats provided, however you are welcome to bring your own.
