ZUMBA GOLD

Designed for the active older adult, true beginner, or people who have not exercised for a while. Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity, slower pace but is certainly just as much fun. Casual Zumba classes available. $15 (c$13) per class, conditions apply.

Correct footwear is required for all fitness classes. Please bring a towel or blanket and water bottle.  Yoga mats provided, however you are welcome to bring your own.
