Pilates is designed to strengthen the lower back and deep abdominal muscles, providing support to the spine.  Improve your core stability using mini balls and resistance bands for a more challenging workout. If you are pregnant, please advise the tutor as alternative exercises maybe offered pre and post pregnancy. Please bring a small towel.
