The practice of Yoga will improve overall health – physical, mental and emotional. You will experience an increase in flexibility – both body and mind. Muscle tone and circulation will improve. Learn various ways to relax – mind and body and different asana (yoga postures) to suit different capabilities. Breathing is an important part of yoga and this will improve lung capacity.
